They would have to mail a cancellation form for me to sign & said they would request a refund, but probably would NOT get one. This is a sneaky underhanded company out to get your money no matter what. They don't want to cancel the policy & won't refund the money they are actually stealing from me. He offered to Venmo me three months of my premium from his personal account as a way of saying "sorry" for butchering my health and dental coverages to the point where I had to seek coverage from somewhere else.
