I flew to Austin in May and she took me to look for properties during the crazy time. We finally found somewhere a little bit outside of Austin which is up and coming. I decided to go with a new build during this crazy market boom. Being that I lived in New York during the process, she kept me in touch constantly and made sure she kept me updated with the builder and the progress of the house. I gave all my trust to her to make decisions on my behalf and it paid off! She always picked up the phone or texted back when I had any urgent questions. Since I was thousands of miles away, one thing that I appreciate is that she always kept me at ease. She is EFFICIENT AND PATIENT! She made sure that the process of my house was on schedule with the builder and always followed up with them. She made sure things got done per the timeline. She has been there every step of the way and even on my final walk-through and my closing day. I closed on New Years Eve 12/31/2021. To this day, she is still following up with me to see how I am doing. She is still helping me with house while being out of town. She has made this whole experience such an easy and smooth process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIANE THE REALTOR if you're looking to purchase a new home, looking for an investment property, sell your home, or any real estate needs! It's very rare that a realtor will follow-up after their closing. She FOLLOWS UPS and FOLLOWS THROUGH. She will be there for and with you every step of the way even after you close on your house!
