So as usual, when I was looking for a new place in Chicago, I started off trying to find something on Craigslist, but all there was were the same 5 sketchy properties, with scam agencies trying to get your email. I was lucky to come across Lauren through a friend, and needless to say, it was the most seamless, low stress apartment finding experience I have ever had! It was great, Lauren sent me a link that sent me to her company website, showing properties in my price range, where I could take notes, look at pictures and specs, and I ended up narrowing things down to 5 or 6 properties that I liked. Then we set up a time to check them out, and she had everything perfectly orchestrated to see all the properties, drove me around the city, and the whole thing lasted about 2 hours. She didn't try to upsell me on higher priced properties, she answered any questions I had, and was very knowledgable about the city and each property. I happened to be traveling while the lease signing was happening, and Lauren put in the extra effort to get things taken care of while I was away, taking time to meet me on my tight schedule, and again, the whole signing process was seamless.
