I read the current reviews after appointment was made and thought, only negative ($&@%*) what am I getting into. Nonetheless a need is a must. So I went. No emails were sent to confirm or verify when and where the location is. But I'm resourceful...so as I arrive they were expecting me and took care of me immediately. Tho the work couldn't be done there they made sure to work wi me and get me to where I needed to be the very next day (As a slip in) and closer to home. Everyone there was friendl, welcoming and helpful. Half your experience is always your responsibility and attitude with ppl. Be kind, respectful and don't sweat the small stuff. Life is 1000x better that way. I highly recommend this location

Fast forward to 12/31/24 when I walked out with new dentures. in March I dropped the bottom denture, breaking it. They made me a new dentures from and did not charge me. Now on 10/13, I was eating a piece of roast beef and the replacement denture broke in the same exact location as the first one. I went back, they repaired my denture charging me $149.00 to glue it back together. I tried expressing my frustration with the dentist, he was simply getting to frustrated with me, so I walked out. My concern is the 2 bottom dentures breaking for different reasons but in the same exact spot. The dentist tells me they will probably break again and all he could offer me was a hard reline and that may not work. so I bargained in good faith with Aspen, paying over $3000.00 for new dentures and the bottome one is going to keep breaking. What is wrong with this picture? I will never go back there again. Now I have to go to a different dental office to have a new bottom denture made. The dentist in this office is very unprofessional.

Have they ever heard of text to confirm or are they stuck in 1995? The lady at the counter is rotten and almost seemed giddy or happy that they took me off she had an evil smirk on her face while explaining. She's the most non hospitable person to be in charge of the front counter I feel bad for the Dr at this place. Maybe if we don't call that means we will be there, never heard of not answering a call and canceling, AFTER giving an exact date and time to be there! We will 100% be going elsewhere this is pretty sad.

I only felt a pinch and it was over in no time. Best decision ever and I recommend this office 1000% I have no dental insurance and I am so grateful that I didn't have to pay thousands of dollars and I got immediate relief of pain. & I didn't need a referral. It's the next day and i have no pain at all and I am so thankful to be pain free and have all that pressure on my mouth gone.

I have a difficult time as a former patient of Dr. Condry's reading the posting on 7/23/16, Prior…read moreto seeing Dr. Condry for my own treatment I worked as a dental hygienist for ten years and was so super impressed with Dr. Condry's staff and his professionalism and education. For the author from 7/23/16 instead of taking your time to review Dr Condry's Facebook, you should have reviewed his credentials, namely that he graduated number one from America's first dental school. Or maybe you would have seen that he is also a physician who is Board Certified in several specialties. The defamation you presented which is seen in every jurisdiction that exposes the internet is alarming. When you entered the reception area- with your obvious own political views- and were sensitive to the FOX network you should have notified the staff to turn it off or change the channel yourself. Dr. Condry, from your recitation, did not enunciate any political view while you were under his care or illicit a political discussion with you. He did not subject you to what you describe as "partisan preaching." The FOX network did, not Dr Condry. When you say that you were in a hostile, unsafe atmosphere for you to walk into I assume that there was some sort of imminent threat to your overall safety. I can predict that this is an outrageous description. How was it unsafe in that office? What actual fear of harm did you suffer or feel you were suffering? Additionally, you were not within a state owned facility like a school, post office or courthouse. With that, there are more constitutional restrictions, restrictions that you want Dr. Condry to incorporate in his private (not state owned) office especiallly on the television. There are plenty of unethical dental offices or clinics run by inferior staff and oral surgeons who would have gladly extracted your tooth. Also- why don't you investigate Dr. Condry's personal life just a tad bit more. You will discover that he resided with a woman and her mixed race daughter for seven years and loved both. I suggest you withdraw your posting. You could be subject to litigation in any jurisdiction where your ranting is seen.

This is an incredible practice and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Doriot…read more I am tremendously afraid of the dentist and didn't have my wisdom teeth removed as a teenager because they weren't causing me pain. When a tooth recently cracked, and I wanted to get a crown on it, I needed to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed so the crown could sit properly. Not surprisingly, my dental anxiety showed up immediately and in full force the moment I found out I was going to have to have not one, but three wisdom teeth removed. And this was after having a preventative root canal performed on the tooth that needed a crown. So a root canal, then the removal of three wisdom teeth, and then crown - proof that all bad things come in threes! Or. So. I. Thought. I went into my appointment today at 8 am and by 8:20 am the procedure had begun and by 9:30 it was finished. The person who recommended Dr. Doriot to me had all four of his wisdom teeth removed by him as well and said he never felt any pain during the recovery period. I thought this was perhaps a small exaggeration, after all, how can they rip teeth out of your head and have it be painless...especially after the drugs wear off. But, surprisingly, this was exactly my experience as well. I am writing this review about 12 hours after the procedure and I feel such indescribable relief due to having the procedure completed and being in no pain at any point in the process. The cherry on top of this perfect dental experience? Dr. Doriot called me on my cell phone a few minutes ago to ask me how I was feeling and to answer any questions I had about future dental care (of which I had many). I thanked him for the kind gesture and he said that he "can't sleep until he knows his patients are doing well." It is so readily apparent how much Dr. Doriot cares about both his patients and the quality of his work. In a world shifting to tele-health and requiring that doctors track their time in the way that lawyers handle their billable hours, Dr. Doriot is a refreshing throwback to a bygone age when the primary concern of medical practitioners was more about the patient experience rather than the vice grip placed on them by complying with the never-ending requirements placed on them by most insurance companies today. TL;DR: Had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Doriot 12 hours ago. I am a big baby, at no point was in any pain at all (fingers crossed) and Dr. Doriot called me personally to check in and answer any and all questions I have. You won't find a better oral surgery experience than the one offered by this practice.

The email I just sent to the office after multiple issues:…read more I don't usually email regarding this sort of thing, but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. I've seen Dr.  Bayoumy as a patient a few times now and he's been phenomenal. So when my son needed a specialist to check his wisdom teeth I didn't even hesitate at requesting a referral for Dr. B for him as well.  Unfortunately, with my own appointments and now my son's, the office staff has dropped the ball too many times. Focusing only on the current issue with my son; not only did his dentist have to send the referral twice to even get them to schedule the appointment in the first place, the day after confirming his appointment (almost a month after making the appt) I received a follow up confirmation text for a completely different appointment time. When I called to ask why I was getting a confirmation text for a different time, I was told "I don't know, do you want the new appointment, or no?" completely dismissing my inquiry as to why nobody called me to request or confirm the reschedule. As to not further delay him getting checked, I agreed.  Less than 24 hours later, at 7:30am the day of the appointment, I received a text asking if I had a copy of the referral. I explained that I did not, because it was sent directly before they would even let me schedule the appointment in the first place. I was then told they didn't have it and would "try to get it" before his appointment that I've now had to take a whole day off of work for. I'd had this happen at my original appointment which delayed my appointment by almost a week so I told them to cancel the appointment.  I've been a medical receptionist for 3 years. This is not only inconsiderate, but honestly just flat out poor patient care. Again, Dr. Bayoumy is amazing, which is why I've tolerated the consistent incompetence by office staff in regards to insurance, scheduling, and communication, but I'm afraid we will be seeking care elsewhere.  I'm sure losing one or two patients won't hurt you guys (not my intention), but as previously stated, as someone who works in healthcare, it's careless and just disappointing.
