I arrived close to 7:50pm, a family arrived just after me stating that they also have an appointment for 8pm with the same accountant my appointment was with. (I didn't pick the accountant online, the website chose the accountant for me) A few minutes later, the accountant (her name is Cavell) comes to the lobby area and decides to pick the family first. They seemed to have been previous clients of hers. 30 minutes of me waiting and no one acknowledged me. I decided to leave. Are these "awesome" reviews fake??

Being in the Marine indusrty everyone recommended ABCD Accounting - Professional Public Accountants, LLC. When I say everyoen I mean everyone from Captains, Vendors, Yacht Owners and Marina staff. Thats when I met Suzanne! Fast forward 7 years with nothing but 5 star experience and ABCD accounting taking care of all of our businesses and family income tax. Now every time someone calls me with a tax related or company related question I automatically refer them to ABCD Accounting - Professional Public Accountants, LLC Today is a great example on why this will be the only accounting firm we will ever use. We are in the middle of Corona Virus Pandemic and I needed my 2018 tax info for one of our LLCs, since I'm working from home I don't have access to anything. I called ABCD Accounting, not only was I able to speak to someone, they emailed me all of my Tax filing within minutes. 5 minutes after my phone call I had Suzanne reaching out to me to find out if there was anything she could help me to fill out or understand. Thank you Suzanne and the entire team for so many years of amazing service!!!
