    ‼THEY LOST MY CAR AND MY KEYS - AND REFUSED A REFUND‼…read more From start to finish, this was an absolute nightmare and easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I am completely disappointed and frustrated by the total lack of professionalism, competence, and empathy shown by staff, including Vijay (shuttle driver), Sarah (receptionist), and Saran (manager). When we arrived to pick up our car, we were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. That turned into OVER THREE HOURS of waiting with no real explanation, no urgency, and zero accountability. We were repeatedly ignored and misled. They eventually admitted they had lost our car key and didn't even know which vehicle they were looking for. Because of their negligence, we were delayed from getting home by two full days, causing major stress, disruption to our plans, and significant out-of-pocket expenses. This was a complete failure of service. An assistant manager (name unknown) verbally attacked me, falsely accused me of being racist, and claimed I was "taking advantage of their small business because they are Indian." I was also accused of lying about providing the correct key and was mocked for not being able--or willing--to pay for the expenses they caused. This behavior was unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable. When we finally got our car back, we were given cheap knock-off replacement keys, not a proper dealer replacement, and the battery died the same day. Losing a customer's car and key, lying repeatedly, breaking promises, and then insulting and gaslighting customers instead of taking responsibility is disgraceful. We are now pursuing this matter through small claims court. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else. There are many airport parking options in Toronto -- this should not be one of them.

I had no issues making an online booking, very easy to use their website to reserve and they called me to confirm all the details which was great. There was no extra charge for a shuttle ride to the airport. I left my car on April 2nd and returned April 10th and I was charged $118 with tax which I believe it was for 8 days. I got quoted double that amount at other near by companies. They also sent me a picture of my car during the check in process so I have to give them credit for being transparent

Arrives early, has your name posted on the I Pad's built into the back of the headrests which gives me the "I'm important feeling. Paul greeted my wife with an umbrella as it was raining on our night out and walked her to the car, opened her door for her and made sure she was settled comfortably before returning to assist me to the vehicle. Paul was suited up complete with a chauffeur hat. Once inside the car, Voss water is waiting for you but you can request other beverages. I'm a social guy so I chatted up Paul and he is a great person to speak to if you don't want to just sit quietly. Very polite and easy to speak to. Also a very important part of this review is to say that Paul is a great driver and I felt safe every moment of the drive. You can tell he has a passion for the road......Now let's get to the car......This car gets you there in so much style its selfishly good! The BMW 750Li has so much room in the backseat it felt like I was in a limo. I am 6 foot 3 and 400 LBS and I was more comfortable than I have ever been. Once we were seated Paul asked my wife her favorite color, she said purple. Next thing I know the ambient lighting in the car changed to purple!! I had full control of temperature, music, window shades and back seat lighting on a tablet built in to the middle arm rest. This car is so slick inside and out I felt like a celebrity. There are so many other features in this car that I forget them all but Paul offered everything it could do to make our ride amazing. Oh, and we arrived at the time we requested and Paul even picked up up a little later than we had advised because we were having a great time. He did this with no questions asked. Just told me to let him know when we were ready and he would be there........and he was! What great service from a great guy in a great car! I would recommend Proper Livery to anybody looking for a ride service. I will be using him again for sure!!! Thanks Paul!

    Overall - this a good airport compared to others…read more For my fellow US travelers, the process is a bit different than US airports. First, if you're flying domestic - you won't have an ID check until you actually board your flight. If you're traveling to the US - you will clear US Customs and Border Protection here at YYZ. This is awesome because you don't have to wait in the long arrival lines in the US. If you have Nexus or Global Entry - the experience will be even quicker! In most of my experiences here, the security line moves fast - but the actual screening is slow. Not sure how that makes sense, but it's been my experience. If your luggage gets marked for secondary inspection, that process can be slow. While doing intra-Canada travel yesterday, the secondary screening added an additional 25 minutes for me. Today, the process was a bit faster. Once in the secure area, there is plenty of shopping and there are plenty of lounges. Now go get some maple syrup and poutine, eh!

The terminal is huge, the signage is terrible and the customer service from those who work there is, well, to be blunt, non-existent. I know it must be hard to operate a big airport. But, if New York or Chicago or Amsterdam or Mexico City (or any city really) can do better than you, take it to heart that you need some serious retraining and upgrading. If I ever have to travel to Toronto again, I will try and fly into the little airport just off the downtown area in the lake. Toronto Pearson might just be the worst airport I have been to in any 1st world country. I thought that needed repeating!!!
