The staff have been overly helpful--even pulled out a couch for us to sit down as there was originally only a single chair. The staff even called the airline and could be heard frantically on the phone advocating for us the customers. They have been taking the best of care of us despite the lengthy delay. I won't penalize them for that as they can't control the airlines and arrival times. I'm absolutely astounded at the length these people go for their customer. Excellent work guys keep it up! Most importantly my dog was in pristine condition.

We arrived too early because we were overzealous & also because the directions given stated pickup must be made no later than one hour after arrival. So we waited. During that time the busy staff were completely accomodating. One very efficient young lady in particular took us under her wing to make us comfortable. Soon after my dog arrived she even took a photo of my guy in his crate so that I could see him & know that he was OK! It took just a short time after that for the paper work to get done & for us to be happily on our way. The customer service made all of the difference! And to that young lady, I am sorry that I didn't get your name. I certainly hope that you are recognized for your lovely attitude towards your responsibilities!

I work as a freight forwarder and when requesting COD invoice for payment required to pick up my…read morecargo I'm told by Jorge Mejia I'm wasting their time. I sent 5 emails through out a course of 5 hours; within had an error. Instead of responding and letting me know there was a mistake they ignored me until they got fed up with my emails and responded telling me I was wasting their time. At the same time, didn't provide me the COD invoice I was originally requesting. Needless to say, don't waste YOUR time booking freight with co-loaders into this warehouse. If arranging freight into Canada be sure to ask your supplier or forwarder to avoid HOC at ALL COSTS. I wish I could just ignore people too but sadly thats not what any of us get paid for. Really disgraceful.

Moreover, instructions in retrieval of goods provided were also wrong and it was up to us to do the research and find out the correct address. Iy is a basic expectation to be meticulous in providing thre details. For what you pay, service is terrible. Never really owed up to it, pointed to their "partners" as the party who made the error, and wanted us to accept a simple apology for the mistake.
