He answered our question and came with us to another area to follow up and also called the person who worked in that section to verify (I didn't get his name). Andree was the person over in "Natural Stone" and he answered all of our questions then walked us over to the grout area to help us find the correct kind. Once in that section, we meet Desiree who walked all over the store making sure we had the correct options. We were uncertain about one of our selections so she went to the opposite end of the store (display tile area) to help guide us -she is very knowledgeable about grout, mastic and tile in general. Andree came along as well helping us. I guess this is how celebrities feel when they shop except we aren't! Ended up getting all our supplies that day.
