Limousine never arrived and when we called them, we were told that their driver simply "forgot" to turn up on such an important day. They did offer another replacement to arrive at 8:30AM but on a tightly packed wedding day, there was no way we were going to delay everything by over an hour just because they F'd up. Highly unprofessional and "forgetting" is not an excuse for a business, especially for such an important day as a wedding. We had to scramble to find replacement cars, which unnecessarily added to the wedding day stress.

I made this booking several weeks earlier and they even called me a few days before the 12th to confirm my booking, so my confidence in the company at this point was fairly high. Travel day - 6am Wednesday morning I have seen and heard nothing from Impressive Limousines, I am standing out the front of my house desperately trying to call every number and after hours contact I can to no avail. By 6:45am it is getting to the point that if I wait any longer, we will all miss our flight. I then have to organize a separate minivan to come at pick us up and they charged us a monstrous short term notice fee. The van immediately comes and gets us to the airport with only a few minutes to spare before we miss our flight. You know what the most disgusting part is? I had my phone turned on well past 9:30am and the company did not even bother to contact me or reply to the several voice messages I left. I seriously must have left in excess of 5 voice mails and at least 50 calls. So I come back from overseas and call them to claim my refund. I get transferred to the "boss" who simply asks for my credit card number and says I'll transfer the money back soon. Not a single apology, no acknowledgement of the situation they left me in, and no offer of compensation for the exorbitant fees they left me with. Absolutely disgraceful business practice.
