The phone connected eventually to a location in Phoenix and they even tried transferring me back. After about 4 attempts I'm realizing I need to continue the search, but I don't suggest trying to get PT here if you want a response. The physical therapists I had - Ryan and Sam - were responsible and knowledgeable. They were always patient and encouraging during my recovery process, giving me so many good advices that I'm still following now.
