Really bad phone customer service...they lied extensively to me when I'm a professional artist and I was given a tattoo apprenticeship when I was 18!!! They really went out of their way for us. We made the appointment for the 2nd day of our stay (Sunday). At some point while we were getting inked, we realized that they had only opened the parlor that day for us, as they are closed on Sundays.
