With amazing burgers with unique ingredients and high quality beef, plus great craft beers and a modern yet simple decor. I love The Italian Burger. My favorite burger is the Volare which you can get extra spicy, the fries are really good too, they also carry a big selection of paninnis, I tried one with prosciutto and avocado, and a vegetarian one with eggplant and mushrooms. Surprisingly, the meat was extraordinary, not one of those frozen patties, the french fries were spectacular, and the burger was topped with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The quality of ingredients were all good, particularly the tomato which was comparable to organic plum tomatoes in the US. Even though the waitress spoke no English, we had no trouble communicating with her in our broken Italian. FYI-- if you are starving at 7:00 pm, this is the only decent place that is open and serving decent grub. All of the other good places are closed, choosing to open at 8 pm, which is much too late for us! FFYI -- They have an immaculate bathroom and the toilet actually has a seat (a rarity at public restrooms in Italy). They got one extra star because of this....LOL

I feel this was the best burger I had in Italy so far! Was served on a very light bun with monster burger sauce , Lettuce, pickle ,tomato, flakes of onion and chipotle sauce , excellent burger . One of ours was well undercooked but they took care of it right away. Really trendy cool place great staff and service the attention to detail is a pleasant change they take your order and hand you an electronic pager device to let you know when it's ready for pick up.
