We had someone run into my wife's car while at a traffic light. They told her her options for repair shop and that shop did an excellent job. Agency called to see if my wife needed a rental as we had not brought it up. They did not sit back and say oh well. They were taking care of the Customer. My wife declined the rental, and then they wanted to make sure she was okay and needed no medical. They brought it up. This agency is not afraid to ask the questions. It shows they are taking care of the customer. I have had two rocks break my windshield in 90 days. Not an issue, they said we will take care of for you. I call the office and I am taken care of by the customer service staff in the office. It doesn't matter who I get on the phone, they are there to take care of us. I have been dealing with Claudia lately, and AWESOME customer service. We all realize insurance has a cost. We all don't really want to deal with insurance when issues come up. At this agency, they never make you feel like you are a problem or an issue for them. They want to make sure you are taken care of. So sad many companies have forgotten.
