I go in there today because they have a guitar I want they're asking 450 bucks. I walked in with a head for a guitar and a guitar long story short retail value for the two is $850. I knew I was going to take a little bit of a hit they are a pawn shop they're there to make money that's why I walked in with almost double of what the guitar is worth. He tries to give me $60 for the guitar.... It has Seymour Duncan pickups and Gibson deluxe tuners, the pickups alone are double that... I told him don't even waste your time with the rest. I've left good reviews on this Yelp page or Google one of the two about this place being nice I wish I could find it so I could change it. They lost a customer of over 20 years today... People bad about this store all the time that I always say no no they're awesome they set up my guitars blah blah blah I always talk up this store... The owner asked what my phone number was as he looked into the computer & then proceeded to try to bully me about an old review! The old review was for a Kindle Fire that I brought for my daughter I believe back in 2015 for Christmas! Charged the device & gift wrapped it! Wasn't until she opened it & for 3 days in a row she couldn't use the device because it wouldn't hold a charge! I immediately contacted them (the owner) letting him know the problem & that I had the original receipt! He refused to fix the problem not listening to the fact that it was a gift that was wrapped so we could not have known the issues the device was having until days after purchase! He didn't even want to hear it! Didn't offer a return at discounted price, NOTHING! I wrote the review in 2015 for that dispute, for him to then contact me after the fact & offered a refund! Fast forward to today... he immediately tried to bully me into taking down or fixing the review & I explained that I didn't get good service until the review was posted. He then tried to go back & forth about "I spoke to you that day years ago & everyone knows that I offer a refund within 3 days!" I then explained AGAIN that I told him over the phone in 2015 that it was wrapped for Christmas & we couldn't have possibly known it was faulty until the device was opened & used! He then said Oh! Yeah! As if he agrees & remembers the conversation but also slides my check back to me & refused services! I have gone here numerous times to cash checks from 2015 until now & never had an issue until today! The entitlement of this man is beyond believable! You do not get good reviews by trying to bully your way into one! You offer GOOD SERVICES in return for a good review! I would have had no problem with fixing the review in 2015 had I not had to take my loss on the item & only offered a refund after the bad review! I was asked to help sell the crown and I first tried the mail in service who I sold a bunch of old silver forks and stuff to, but the price they offered was nowhere close to the market rate for the gold. So I got it back and took it to A to Z, remembering they're a pawn shop not just a store. The service was friendly like always. I handed over the crown and wandered around while he weighed and tested it to determine purity. When they had an offer ready for me it was a lot better than the other place and closer to what I was expecting. We made the deal and I got paid in cash. My loved one was happy and so was I with the fair business conducted here. And like I mentioned in my older review, they have some cool merch in their store and the prices are fair.

Our father died suddenly and unexpectedly on 5/22/26. With my brother's chemo and the funeral, he forgot to pay for his Nintendo Switch to extend it. Not only did he NOT get a courtesy call, you would think that the owners or some type of manager would have called and informed especially as a long-time customer stating the loan is in default. Not only did they sell the item within 7 days- no one called him. I would strongly recommend if you have to use them, please check the dates on your pawn loans. They do not have your back as a long time customer.
