Signed up and they couldn't come out to conduct a safety check for two weeks. Have me a window of 7-12. Waited and no one showed up. I had to call and was advised there technician couldn't make it. Rescheduled for the next day and was told I was first. Around 1030 called in and was placed on hold for 25 minutes. Was told the technician would call me. Received a call and was told my 7-12 window was moved to 230pm. Again never showed up and no phone call. Currently on 45 minute wait to talk to someone on the phone. Horrible business model. read more
