If it is not right, or not safe to operate he is going to let you know, even if that means not getting the job. Mark is only one man, and usually pretty busy, but if you want a personable, and conscientious heating, and A/C guy, then do not hesitate to give him a call! Thanks to their work we've took a flat bottom jon boat up the Niangua and in 3 inches of water with 4 people on board at speed. They know jet boats, and how to make your boat perform. They back their products, they offer rock solid service, and they also have a friendly Ozarks attitude that you don't find at KC or STL boat dealers. While I've moved to Las Vegas and deep water Lake Mead, I couldn't let this place go without a review as they have been great to deal with. When it comes to Jet Boats and shallow water operation if you have questions you can't go wrong with giving them a call. They know what works.

They tore up my property then said it would be 6-8 weeks for repairs. I had specifically told the tech to avoid certain areas and to do the least invasive techniques. AND they didn't do a thing in the one area that I said should be done. I couldn't believe what I saw when I walked in. They even tore up parts of the house that weren't affected. Anything to make a few thousand bucks I guess. If you use this company be sure to read the contract fully and have written amendments to the contract before signing. If you don't they will do as much as they can to charge as much as they can then leave you hanging because "repair is a different department " and it will take months to get anything repaired. They prey on people that are facing loss. They made me feel like a fool for allowing them to take advantage of me the way they did.
