Crowded - yes. But caring and competent staff - yes! I came here after being turned away by another urgent care place a couple of blocks away. This place was a totally different experience. They took all my information, and apologized that they were very busy, and offered me the option of leaving and them calling me when they were ready for me. They estimated a two hour wait, but I received a phone call less than an hour later letting me know that they were ready to see me. I returned immediately, and I was seen within five minutes. I am visiting this area from out of town. Didn't have any medical care lined up here. But I can tell you this without doubt... This place is where you need to go if you need urgent care. They are patient and top notch with skills and they don't hurry up and they take good care of you. Highly recommend. read more
