Purchased a mattress. Got a delivery date. Took off of work to receive delivery. We were told…read morethat we would get a confirmation call/email. Nothing.... The afternoon we were supposed to receive delivery, we took the initiative and called them. They explained that it never was loaded the night before for delivery (thanks for the phone call). Rescheduled delivery for 2 days later. Took off of work again. The afternoon we were supposed to get our bed delivered, we received a phone call saying there was in "incident" and they wouldn't be able to deliver that day either. Wanted to reschedule for a 3rd time. Uhhh. No thank you.

Tony nor Tina has helped in any way and Alberta wants to raise her voice, talk over me, and hang up without hearing my complaints. Now I'm out almost $1k on a table and will never ever spend another dime with them.
