This place knows customer service. Every time I have gone there I feel welcome and leave satastified feeling like I purchased exactly what I wanted. Today's trip was no different. Earlier in the day I started having problems with my Sigelei 213 mod and a friend suggested that I head over to the place I had bought the mod from. I headed over and explained my issue with the mod and even though the staff wasn't able to replicate the problem they still exchanged the mod for a new one free of charge. While I was there I decided to buy a 30ml. bottle of one of their custom juice blends. During the process of attempting to replicate the problem I was having with the mod they hit my vape quite a few times (using their own tip) so they hooked me up with a free atomizer and threw in the 30ml. bottle as well. I still tried to pay for the bottle but the staff member refused payment and insisted that I take the bottle free of charge simply for the hassle I had to go through with the mod. I wouldn't suggest going on there with jacked up mods with hopes of getting free juice but the customer service will be exceptional none the less. They also gave me advice in case my mod starts having trouble in the future as my store warranty runs out in three days. What an awesome Vape team. We have been using them for the past 3 years & recommend them above all. Their top service reps are extremely knowledgable and well prepared to answer all your Vape questions, offer equipment recommendations based on solid quality assurance testing, and have years of experience. Another awesome plus about this location is that they offer custom e-liquid blends or "flavors" and make their mixes on site - usually as ordered. This allows you to choose your specific level of flavor & nicotine grams making it easy to decrease as your craving goes away. It's a neat place to enjoy sampling new flavors and checking out new equipment. It may get a bit busy and sometimes have lots of customers who are all sampling & Vaping at one time ... this just PROVES that the service & quality is outstanding & they are well liked! Great local business. Friendly staff, and good products. I have been a customer here since they sold me my first vape pen and helped me kick the smoking habit. Karen, Logan, James, Timmy, Stephanie, and Penny are so helpful with everything you could possibly need. From devices to fluids they can get you any information on any vape related subject. The atmosphere in the shop is very professional and still relaxed. You are always greeted with a hearty hello from more than one person behind the counter (and even regular customers). Leaving is no different, even Penny or Tim will say goodbye to you from their offices. Prices are very competitive for the area. And the weekly specials they run make the prices that much better.
