This company should be ashamed of themselves. They extorted $100 off of my brother who is an amputee with a disabled sticker who was going to pick up his sick little boy from my daughter's apartment. He came out after 15 min and his car was being towed. The guy yelled and threatened with children crying and wouldn't unhook until they came up with $100 cash, then gave them an illegal "receipt". If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. I have no clue why any business would use them to service their parking lots. They are the most incompetent people that don't understand common sense whatsoever. Do not use them under any circumstances. Have been towed by them incorrectly a couple of times and each time it is an absolute headache and it's pure misery dealing with them. They work out of some dump of a house that smells weird and they let their nasty dog run all around you. I once walked in and they had kids that looked unbathed jumping everywhere being loud and clearly not in school during the school year. They all looked like they are related to one another and married at the same time. They do not care about anything you have going on in your life and don't care about anything reasoning you give them. Actually I don't think they have the capacity to understand much of anything. great guy came and helped... courteous and professional.. reasonable price.. I would use them again without question!

This company has towed me twice now, and my 2nd experience was way worse than the first. The tower was irritable and not cooperative at all after I continued to show him cooperation. After meeting him at a gas station about 3 miles away to get my car, he accelerated out once I was exiting my car because I "took too long". After meeting again, I asked valid questions about the pricing, and he snapped at me and my roommate. Absolutely unacceptable communication from a grown man to young college women. Terrible, unprofessional company. Kids and dogs running around, very rude to people on the phone, and myself and people I know have been towed by them for reasons THEY made a mistake on (i.e. didn't see the parking pass in the car, towed from a lot they don't even work, etc.) If you're an apartment or business looking to hire a towing company, I don't care what they charge, you will regret hiring this company.
