I think this is…read morethe part of Naples that I was wanting and I'm glad that we stopped by this place before leaving. Most of Naples is fast street food and pizza, and fried goodness. This is a mozarella bar, and from our tours we learned about how they raise the cows in this region for this famed mozarella. Now I can't compare to other places here in Italy, but I was definitely pleased with what we ordered. We had the burrata. It was presented nicely on a plate with the Bufala mozarella in the center with accompanying anchovies, tomatoes and bread. I wasn't aware of the fish before ordering, but I gave it a go. Everything on the plate together balances out. Amaze-mozzarella-balls! Pair it with some vino and you have yourself a great snack!

Coming from NJ and NY in the United States, I know a good pizza when I have one but this pie offered something different something unique, something thoughtful to the palate. While an NJ pie is typically heavy with thick cheese, oily and makes you feel stuffed like you just ate Thanksgiving dinner, this pizza was an intense blend of fresh flavors unlike anything I've ever experienced. The pizza was made with all fresh ingredients and the taste/texture reflected this. Upon deeper research, I found that they utilize local ingredients indigenous to the area in the pie that made it near magical. I would recommend this spot to anyone seeking a life altering nutritional awakening, or simply visiting looking to try authentic locally grown pizza in the area. Great call to the Mr. Food was delicious and so was the piece of cake I got to take back to the hotel for later. This quaint spot sits right on the shore so the view was spectacular. Service was great and prices were good. If I lived in Sorrento this would be somewhere I ate at regularly.
