Came in to mail out a package for my company. Filled out the form, he told me I should refill the form, but it all looked clear so I asked him which part did he think I should refill, he goes on a tangent saying he is trying to help me bc packages get lost and if I don't want his help he won't be responsible for a lost package, I asked him why he was yelling at me and then asked again which part should I rewrite, very rude and unprofessional, he even said not to ever come back after I paid of course. Won't be using them again. Dropped off a sizable item for a return and it was never received by the manufacturer. They don't have upgraded technology to scan return labels. read more

Charges double standard FedEx/UPS rates. Paid $50 for 2 packages that would've cost $11 at the FedEx site. Wasn't provided with any tracking information and I'm unable to locate an important package I shipped through this store. read more

I use this establishment regularly mostly for returns to Amazon and have always been satisfied with the service.

Such a pain. The guy complained that I brought in too many packages to return. He was unable to give me a receipt documenting that he had received them. On another visit, he wouldn't scan my Fed Ex package and when I said I wasn't comfortable with that and would take it elsewhere, he threw it at me. I won't come back. Somehow every other shopping center can provide documentation that they received the packages but not this shop. The convenience is not worth the terrible customer service. read more

This is a horrible store which is a total rip off .... My son went to overnight an envelope and was charged $45.00 for a Fed Ex for REGULAR DELIVERY by 8pm ... for that rate it should have been PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. Go straight to FedEx or UPS ... forget this store. Highway robbery! And they didn't give him a tracking number, etc. ridiculous!!! read more
