We had quotes on everything, including the deck, it's shocking to realize how other general contractors put so much into their pockets after getting Brian's prices. The deck alone was quoted between 5-9k more, with other GC's even planning on using lower quality materials and vinyl rails. Brian got the best quality materials, custom ordering 6x6 ground contact beams, getting high quality black metal rails, and trex decking with an amazing warranty. Definitely get as many quotes as you need when hiring a GC, the highest price doesn't mean the best quality or materials. Thankfully I can refer Black Lion Builders to many more people!

Nelson showed my wife and me a wide range of stain samples, each carefully selected to closely match the tones of our floors.
