We put it off for several reasons: cost, dreading having holes cut into our walls, thinking we could be without water for days and maybe, even possibly, needing to move out while the job was being done, as I don't do well with chaos and the unknown. However, when Garrett came to our home to give us a quote, he assured me they would cut as few holes as possible to get the job done, would do everything in his power to keep the water on and that we should not have to leave our home at all. Garrett indicated he worked in a manner that would allow us to always have at least one functioning bathroom. It should also be noted that Beaver's pricing beat the pricing of the other two companies I had gained estimates from in prior years. Yes, I said years. This is amazing in and of itself since everything these days cost MORE. Throughout the entire process, Garrett kept his word and both he and Stephen worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were extremely professional, courteous and I could tell that they actually love what they do and care about their customers.
