History
Established in 1995.
In 1995, we began teaching at a Performing Arts Center, and in 1999, we established our permanent location on Jones Creek Road, where we’ve continued to serve our community ever since. Over the years, we’ve had the honor of training students ranging from 3 to 65 years old. Our curriculum covers everything from basic self-defense to advanced hand-to-hand combat, with a strong emphasis on kicking techniques, weapons training, and open competition preparation.
Meet the Business Owner: Darin M.
When I first began my martial arts journey, I had no idea of the lasting impact it would have on my life. Under the guidance of my instructor, Robert Torres, a respected figure in the martial arts community for over 30 years, I learned not only the physical skills of martial arts but also the importance of mentorship and personal growth. Robert’s unwavering dedication to his students, combined with his strength as an instructor, set the foundation for our school’s philosophy—one that places a strong emphasis on personalized attention, passion, and discipline and a "never give up" attitude.
My goal is to inspire each student to reach beyond what they think they can accomplish and grow into something they never thought they could. I strive to show how so many of our lessons and elements of our training have a connection to different parts of our lives outside the dojang and how we can gain strength and achievement from mastering them.
THAT is what changes lives. THAT is my goal.
