Health care specialists didn't have a clue. Came out set up equipment while I was in hospital. First night home suction machine failed. Husband took me to ER. The EMT's sent him back home to bring the machine to hospital for them to look at.  They discovered the suction line not hooked up properly. Called the next day for her to come out and show me how to work suction machine and compressor to mist/moisture. She didn't know where to set dail  for limited moisture or full strength. Was told to listen and look to be able to tell. NEVER LOOKED AT SUCTION MACHINE. We returned equipment today. Will be going with  another company. read more

I have been trying to get a portable oxygen because I have to be it 24/7, they sent me a used one that got so hot it kept shutting off, turned it in, and now I'm right back where I started. Some of the ladies that work in there do not need to be there. They are very rude and do not have a good attitude towards customers! read more

The service person did a great job the Woman (Girl) in Nacogdoches Office answering the phone was rude and seamed like she was doing me a favor instead of the other way around, (now that they are the only CPAP Business in town I guess that doesn't help matters), I gave her the information about needing a CPAP Machine, she said she would put me on the "long list". after I got a call back in 3 months, she was rude again. I picked up CPAP machine in store and set-up insurance payment and gave them the TASC Benefits card to charge on she took the first payment in office and billed me the full cost every month since, she will not contact my insurance company BlueCross to setup a purchase out of the machine. I pray for the heart of some of the people who work here I was lied on by the rude woman in our reviews There was another company Lincare in Shreveport on the phone Who heared the entire conversation My phone was still open I never stated I was going to hit anyone ,And Lincare from Shreveport Louisiana reported American home in Nac as well as I,The lady in Nac was also rude to the ladies at the Shreveport Louisiana office she came as to telling them how to do there job she stated that they hadn't transferred my case And they did and that's what she became agitated and told me to get out of her office because I was disturbing her and miss other lady How is it that I'm the patient call for a straight month didn't get any answer but someone will call you back so finally after a month I got up and went up there I couldn't go up there because I had three surgeries back to back that's why I was calling the rude lady said that if I would have been calling a month someone would have got back in touch with me so she told me that that was not true so I told her Verizon says different different and if she would like I could go get her my phone bill from Verizon she was upset about that yeah I don't know what this world is coming to when they uphold somebody like that on the job and then let them lie on the client and that rude woman told me that I can find me another vendor but get this her boss had already discussed with her not to say anything to me well we all see how that went I'm upset and I'm hurt that they are upholding her but yet call me in there and act as if they are finally concern It was only to try to make me get out of character first they said to me I stated that I was going to hit her listen to this here who's threatened somebody they going to hit them before they hit them Then when that dint work They said So you don't flip her off ,,My God help these people They have turn to deception and lies And that is not Godly or Rightous But oh there is a God read more
