Five years ago AHR did a complete bathroom remodel for us. On April 22, 2026 in the evening we sprang a leak at the water handle in the shower. I called AHR the next morning. Andrea (the scheduler) said the plumbers were booked for that day and we probably wouldn't be able to get anyone out until Monday but she'd see what she could do. Success - At 6:30 p.m. her plumber drove from Fallbrook all the way to our house in Redlands. We had AHR remove a garden tub and install a walk-in shower done about 2 1\2 years ago. Recently the caulking around the shower floor (pan) started to show mildew. A tiny spot at first until it was around 75 % of the caulking. We visited LA County Fair last weekend and spoke to a AHR rep who suggested that we call the office. That was last Thursday. We had our original bathtub to shower conversion in 2019 & it was absolutely fabulous. This year, we noticed a 2 inch crack in the shower pan. We called and after checking it said they would demo the whole thing and redo it. It took some time to schedule, which was okay, but they showed up when they said they would, found a problem with the foundation and fixed it, and installed the shower exactly how it was. What a great company! I had a single bathroom redone by them and the experience from start to finish was so painless. They provided a timeline and stuck to it, showing up everyday they said they were going to. Every worker was very friendly and kept the work area as clean as possible. Even after the work was done, the support I received was incredibly prompt. A small part in the shower valve failed (not their fault) which caused the shower to drip tirelessly. I gave them a call and they sent out a licensed plumber to fix it within a couple days at no cost to me. My only criticism is they don't do kitchen remodels as well, because I would hire them for that as well! read more

AHR recently replaced a bathtub with a shower enclosure in the main bathroom. The job was done for a family friend. She is a bit older and wanted my help. We found AHR through Home Depot. They came and gave a great presentation and quoted a fair price. There was a snag during construction that wasn't their fault. Under the old tub, there were HVAC lines in the way. The only negative report I have in the work they did, was that they did not provide an option to find someone to move the lines. I had to do that. So they really aren't full service. But after the HVAC work was completed, they came back and finished the job. The important part, and why they get four stars is that the final product is excellent. Dishonest and Unprofessional Experience I hired AHR for a bathroom remodel expecting quality and professionalism, but was met with manipulation and poor conduct. After paying a $350 service fee for a repair, the contractor changed our agreed pricing mid-job, became aggressive when questioned, and even threatened to abandon the work. The plumber, thankfully, acted with integrity and finished the fix. What followed was a hostile call where the contractor tried to gaslight me into believing there had been a misunderstanding, demanded an apology for questioning his integrity, and threatened to not complete the job unless I complied. AHR's contractor acted like the very type of unreliable, and manipulative operator I had paid extra to avoid. His behavior was deceitful, confrontational, and unprofessional, and it permanently damaged any trust I had in the company. I would never recommend them. read more
