They shouldn't even get one star. They've been our security at our building for 16 months that have been here and they have been nothing short of a joke. People fight they do nothing I get my door kicked in they do nothing they participate in retaliation for management selective enforcement of rules for tenants completely unethical behavior. Not sure why they are in business. read more

this gaurd is berely on his post and when hie is he was to threat disabled ppl that he's going to tow there car from their parking spot! but he is not willing to give you his name or managers name!! he's nothing but rude, childish, untrustworthy, unresposible, you never know when hell show up for hos hours or evan leave. hes never there.when you need him although hes on the.clock most of all he works at an apartment complex and he tells the tenants they are homless loosers that live in rooms not apaartments, so he needs to learn to not talk so down to others let alone the difference beweeen what an apartments is. this guard should not be getting paid to not evan work let alone dissrespect disabled tenants read more

If you are looking for Security Guard Services then AGS is who you should contact. Their professionalism is at its finest. They were the only one out of many I contacted that were able to provide same day service with reasonable prices. Marco was very professional and helpful. The guard called me as soon as he got to the location as well as when he left. Very reliable! read more

Our condo unit hired American Global Security for 3 days during termite tenting. Our contract was for $129.99 for 12 hours and $79.99 for 24 hours. The total was for $3, 479 so we thought we were getting premium security. The security guard arrived 45 minutes late. His excuse was that there was freeway traffic, but he didn't let anyone know at our complex. The guard left the premises and went to McDonald's later that night, but was not supposed to leave. The sales rep. assured us that the guard would walk around our condo units, but the guard never did as an owner walked around the premises. Owners saw their units getting burglarized on their home cameras at 5 a.m. during the first 12 hours of security. The owners called the police who had to wake up the security guard sleeping in his car even when the police arrived on the scene. It is all documented in the police report. I had to call repeatedly to American Global Security the first day after we got robbed. They would not refund me. After repeatedly calling, I was offered 50% of my money back. They said I had to have a video or pictures of the guard's negligence. I gave them the police officer's number to call and verify what I said. Finally, they refunded me the money. I write this to my fellow consumers so you will be careful. The owners took shifts and guarded our properties from morning until night. read more

They reached out and there is no Bridgette that works there. So this company also employs complete lazy liars. ------------------------------------------------ Worst security service ever. Why our apartment complex uses them is beyond Me. Just spoke to Bridgette this morning. Called due to constant harassment from upstairs neighbor intentionally slamming and banging on My ceiling. Our office tells us to call Protection America to handle these issues; which is paid for in our rent. Every other operator has sent security out to handle the neighbors above and to record the noise for the office. Bridgette instead, decide on her own, that no she won't send anyone out. Claims that they don't take care of that-- which they do; our office hired them for it. Out of My year and a half of living here, and our office using this service, she is the first and only person to say that and refuse to send security to help. Besides the fact that Bridgette just refused to do her job and made up her own rules that has never applied for over a year, most of the security guards are a joke, with the exception of the one guy they send on Saturday. The security guards can usually be found sleeping in their car, ignoring any reports, and one has literally been seen multiple times parking his car and then leaving the actual apartment complex. At night are constantly people breaking in, into the storage units, into our mailboxes, and people on drugs somehow walking around at night, but not handled in any way. This security company is not worth your money and is a complete joke.

WE moved out of the country last year and we were informed by our friends that there were homeless PEOPLE LIVING IN OUR HOUSE! since i couldn't come back to LA any time soon, one of my family friends suggested to get a guard for the house. I am really surprised that this company can deliver what they promised me. They really secured my property and did a great job on making sure that everyone who enters the facility is properly checked. I also see them patrolling all over the facility and checking if there are any vandalism on the walls or in the comfort rooms. They are also checking all the lights making sure all lights are working and the windows. They are all around going the extra mile to serve. I hired a guard from American Global for my law firm office, after some teenagers kept doing graffiti all over the office walls and windows at night. Now that the guard is on duty there is no sign of graffiti or teenagers. one great fact about american global is that every morning i got an email from the staff on what had happened the day before, they call it the Daily Electronic Activity Report which gives a description and live picture of the scene. They recently provided 5 security guards for my sister's wedding in down town LA, and they personally made sure guest who had parked far made it safely to their cars.
