This is the worst place to work. Low pay, low PTO accrual, too much micro managing, not enough work, and they discriminate against employees with disabilities. They dont have an employee handbook. HR is unprofessional. The owners arent around. They sold me on the job by telling me it was a high call volume office. The last week they wouldnt give me extra work to pass the time and told me to just man the phones. I did. It was so slow that I only got 6 calls in 8 hours And the rest of the time I twiddled my thumbs. I have a college degree, give me work! Sick time is a joke. You have to give 48 hrs notice before calling out sick. If you have a disability and call out due to disability they will skip the verbal right up, written write up and go straight to final warning. When you tell them you have a disability they give you papers for your dr to fill out and want them back in 36 hr. It's been 3 weeks since I turned papers in and no follow up or accommodations made. They claim you can't work from home 1-2 days a month due to a disability. Yet my boss would work from home 2-5 days a month and there's full time work from home employees. Also, they would not allow my service animal to come to work because it was against company policy.
