I have been calling the 800 number for customer service just about once a week since then and have waited on hold for at times almost 2 hours and never been able to speak to a human. Today I went to the Bank of America branch in Johnston where they have a local Merrill representative there. He couldn't even look up the account details without first calling into "Client Services". We sat in his office from 12-1:30 listening to the hold music because no one would even answer his call. He gave me the 800 number he was using and asked if maybe I could try it another time. He was absolutely no help so I left and went to my car and filed a complaint with my states attorney general office. Do your family a favor and don't waste your money or time with this lousy company.
