Harold and his team successfully followed my instructions in designing three rather large awnings…read morefor my front residential windows facing south. I was specific in the instructions of the outlining of the leather trim. I also wanted a curvature frame for all three. The results were a beautiful, eye-popping set of awnings worth the cost and effort. I highly recommend Mid Valley Tarp Service for their personable and professional expertise.

First time using this service, highly recommended by a friend. I called and was greeted promptly,…read moreshe listened to my issue with my a/c and a tech was scheduled to come out the same day. Good communication, including a call to let me know the tech was on his way. The service tech was on time, pleasant, thorough and fixed the issue. There was no "upselling", just a clear explanation of the issue and what was done to fix it. Price was fair and I will continue to use their service.

This review is way overdue…read more I never even got the chance to experience this company's actual services because the interaction ended at the very first phone call. The individual who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in helping or earning my business. Simple questions were met with an unhelpful tone, and it felt like my call was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer inquiry. First impressions matter, especially in a service-based business. If this is how potential customers are treated before any work is even scheduled, it raises serious concerns about how clients are handled overall. Based on this experience alone, I chose to take my business elsewhere.

I needed a mounting bracket for my Ring Security camera. Directly mounting the camera to my…read moreStorage shed wasn't a viable solution as my camera would be exposed to our winter rains. I designed a bracket that would allow me to mount the camera securely and keep it safe from the deluges we are subject to. Brian looked at my "plan" which had reminded me of why my shop class was so painful 50 plus years ago. A few suggestions resulted in a minor modification which did not have an adverse impact on the bracket's efficacy at all. Brian got my plans such as they are yesterday afternoon and I received the completed work a few minutes ago. I had not realized how difficult 1/8th inch aluminum flat stock was to work with. What was required, however, was well within Brian's wheelhouse. A couple of bends along with some judicious welds and my bracket was tapped and ready. If you can show Brian what's needed, he can do it! If he can "read" my plans he can read anyone's! He's quick, does great work and his pricing doesn't break the bank. Malefactors beware, as my camera goes operational this evening!

And I told him once he removed the straight pipe to give it to me. He did not give it to me so I asked him please get me the straight pipe. He said that he couldn't get me the parts, and that they were gone! So feeling bad he told me that he would get me a new one free of charge charge! I told them I wanted to have this new pipe installed on my new truck that I recently got. I told them I'm going to go have it professionally installed at another shop. But the owner insisted that he wanted to do it to make sure everything was done right. Due to my grandfather being a friend and done years of business with him. So I agreed to let them do it. My grandfather called the owner gave him a list of parts to order that we wanted and the owner said he would get right on it. Well they never did. So after waiting for 2 months My grandfather called the owner and asked what's going on. They said they didn't have the parts and that they would get right on it. After more time went by, around 6 months later they still refuse to give me the pipe that came off my old truck or get me a new one to replace the one they lost and told me they would replace free of charge and install onto my new vehicle. Then they had the audacity to call me and my grandfather liars and said we didn't have an appointment and that we didn't call and discuss what parts were needed and wanted to be ordered. They basically are calling a good friend and long time customer liars. Unbelievable! I could NOT recommend this place to a family member or friend.
