I was told that they would contact me if there was a cancellation so I could get in earlier. I called today to verify and ask what time I should drop my car off tomorrow, when I was informed that I'm not on the schedule at all. So this is taking 12 days off of my insurance paid for rental. I will admit I lost my temper with the person on the phone, but she was completely unsympathetic, and did not care one way or the other that this really screwed with my insurance coverage of my rental and my ability to get back and forth to work. When I asked her if she had a supervisor she goes yes. I said can I speak to them? And she says they're not here and didn't offer to leave a message or have them call me back. The Gerber collision in Yukon was able to get me into in 3 days, and were sympathetic and apologetic for actions of the El Reno location.
