Customer Service Agent Lucy was very curt and not helpful, never smiled either, or at least to me. I wanted to just check if there might be a window seat available, and much to my disappointment Lucy did not even check, did not even try, just told me 2 times that the flight was completely full. I go online and it's not completely full. I'm speaking with another gate agent, Lucy made it a point to come on over to again let me know the flight was full. Mind your business Lucy.
