First of all, I knew going in i had a solid easy accident case where the other side had already accepted fault. I expected a settlement of like 30k in my pocket. What Alex and Almeida actually got me was much much more, like where you think the other side wont pay, lol...they paid! Almeida, you are a FORCE to be reckoned with!!! You, in my personal opinion, are worth everything, and so much more!!!!! I know you weren't happy with me bothering you every other day for an update, lol...and I do know how annoying I can be....so thank you from the bottom of my heart for always taking care of me, even while you were away on vacation. That is absolute dedication from you. It also goes to show that the whole team over there always knew what was happening, and were able to give me proper expectations throughout. The entire process took 6 months, and that 6 months was rough, but so worth it. I also want to thank Nathan and Alex, you both are insanely good at your jobs, you hire the best staff to work to get things done. Im just so happy that I was pointed in your direction. Anyone that makes the choice to use this law firm will get very well taken care of. Some of these other reviews must be fake in my eyes, because the negative talk could not be further from the actual truth. I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you guys for hitting a massive homerun for my family and I. read more

Amazing service, the best people always cared always enter on time and call and Check all the time you can tell. They really care about your health the most important straight and honest people read more

Just look for someone else they will not follow up correctly on medical records which leads to longer settlement time so they get 40 % instead of 30. Honestly wouldnt recommend them to an enemy read more

They deleted my yelp review MY FATHER IS A CUSTOMER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. If my father wasn't a customer I wouldn't know their staffs named by heart. Especially our terrible case manager Ana. Here it the review I posted: Terrible law firm with extremely unprofessional staff. From the very beginning, the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The receptionist is always rushing through conversations and makes you feel like you're an inconvenience rather than a client. I don't recall her exact name, but I believe it was something like Catherine. My father's case manager, Ana, has been consistently rude and dismissive. Should be fired. She speaks to us with a sassy, condescending tone and treats us as if we are children rather than clients seeking updates on an important legal matter. Her customer service is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. She rarely answers the phone, and when she does, she makes it seem like we're bothering her. Most of the time, her assistant Ohdela answers instead, only to tell us that Ana is never available. Communication is extremely poor, and we are constantly left in the dark about my father's case. No one should have to chase down a law firm for basic updates or be spoken to disrespectfully. If this is the level of professionalism this firm provides, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I received a call from them after a car accident I had involving another driver who rear ended me, and I accepted their business due to the other driver not having insurance, DL, etc. And I didnt what to be in a bad spot. The customer service was good, yolanda helped me throughout my case, she was very communicative and responsive. The only reason I give 3 stars is because after everything, my take out of 25k was 6k. They received 44% of my settlement equaling to $10,500 exactly and medical received around 8k or 9k, roughly. I read the fine print but I didn't expect for them to take more than 3-6 months to close. Becareful as to how much their share will be, because I feel like it was a rip off for the time I had to take off work, dr appts I went too and all the driving I did. Not considering the lost wages. I wouldn't recommend only because of these bases. Never again will I get an attorney, ill deal with the pain, and stick with my insurance next time. Thanks read more

Was in an accident and knew about this firm since the building is close by my house. Great communication from the team and was able to resolve the problem in a short time Highly recommend for anyone read more

I had a good experience with Amerberg Law Group from the date of the car accident in June 2024 until the date everything was settled in January 2025. I didn't know what to expect because I've never dealt with a law group but as the case went on I realized I had to be patient. My case manager Yasmeen Rinconeno was professional and stayed on top of everything. While I provided her with the information she needed, she kept me informed throughout the entire process. Not only did she check in with me but was there from start to finish, thank you Yasmeen. read more

Couple things I would like to mention about this place. Several months ago I got into an accident and a very good friend of mine, who is a former client of this firm, recommended to me this place. The very first thing that I noticed is the client service that was provided. I always felt like I was in the loop and never felt left out. I am very happy with the overall value of my case. Definitely recommend!!! read more

I was referred to this place from a friend. I was involved in a big collision and needed surgery on my arm. This law firm is amazing, swift and very friendly and eager to help in any possible way they can. Went above and beyond with customer service and care. The case manager even called me herself multiple times to let me know that she's got me and will take good care of me and my case. That's a great touch and made me feel very confident that I was in great hands. You really get your value worth here from the care, service and results. Would recommend this place to anyone involved in an accident! It's not expensive and very affordable to you and they fight for you! read more

They did a good job with my case, I was at first skeptical, however they were patient with my initial worries and concerns as my first attorney. The whole process was a bit longer than I expected but I learned that, that is going to be case with most settlements, so expect it to take a while. Have patience, and you can trust these guys. read more

I highly recommend this firm. Almeida was my case manager and she was the absolute BEST. she was an absolute blessing she was very attentive, comforting, and reassuring throughout everything and I know I was not easy to deal with. Was referred to them by a body shop in Sylmar. If they do try to refer this lawfirm to you, stay far way from them. They are not transparent with regards to your settlement amount. Karen is not very helpful as well. Walking into the office, not one person out of maybe 5/6 acknowledged me walking in so I just stood there until someone finally assisted me. I really feel like I could have received more myself without going through this lawfirm. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience and I'm glad its finally over. read more

Now that I no longer have the concern of them withholding my settlement check (a check they failed to endorse might I add) I can be brutally honest about my experience with amerberg law group. For starts the communication was lack luster. Almeida hardly ever communicated in a timely manner even for urgent matters. That said you are more than likely better off handling an auto insurance claim yourself rather than get poor communication. But that's just my experience, at the end of the day it could just be a one off, but those in the law are held to a standard higher than the average person as these people's livelihoods they have to handle. Overall disappointed. read more

Dora was my case manager and it was a pain to get a hold of her. Always sent me to voice mail and even if I texted her or called her in her own number she would never respond. I got rear ended and person accepted liability. Tell me why my own insurance paid for my damages and because of that my insurance quote went up. After two and a half years I decided to just find someone else because I found out they haven't even started trail since they claimed they were going to sue the other insurance. If I wanted an update I had to call and somehow get a hold of them. Don't recommend at all. I also had to wait till my case was taken over because some reviews here say they threaten you on not giving you money till you remove the bad review read more

Karen is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service, always has an attitude in the phone. Went and picked up my check, had a attitude the entire time. This law office should find a different assistant because I couldn't wait until this case was over. Terrible, wouldn't recommend anyone coming here unless you want your case in the hands of these people who take 45% of your winnings and has a horrible assistant with a terrible attitude, this case took almost a year..... gave my mom attitude on the phone as well. Just a terrible experience read more

They don't bother working your case. I was blocked and unblocked when they needed to get ahold of me. They lied about offers and lied about everything.almost hit statue of limitations before they wanted to get ahold of me and work my case to only LIE to me and denied me my right to sue, lied about my offer and gave me false numbers and tried tricking me thinking I was getting x amount when my paperwork stated different and was actually the first low amount and forced me to take the first offer. Insurance company took 1 1/2 years to attempt to look at my car and I was 0% at fault being hit by 2 negligent drivers. The insurance claims to have started their investigation 6 months after the accident which lasted 7 months and the lawyers office thought or cared to fight it or call them out on acting in bad faith and because my insurance already took my car when they were suspose to the other parties insurance was mad they couldn't look at my car hence why they gave low low offers and the lawyers didn't care at all. I asked to start a lawsuit several times 7 months before 2 years up which I know for a fact we would have been offered more because the insurance company sitting on the case and mad they didnt do their job and was their fault that I didn't have my car 1 year and 6 months after the accident. When the lawyers would reach out they would ask for reciepts and other things stating I'll get paid for that the insurance company asked for them which was a lie because I never got paid and I sent and verified reciepts were recieved. Everything they state on their website is a lie. They don't hold all drivers accountable or to the fullest extent of the law. They will lie to you to force to to sign what they want and retract it months later. They accept offers whichout contacting you and when you deny the 1st offer 10x over the course of 3 years they still somehow accept the offer and don't tell you they accepted the offer and when the insurance company sends you a letter saying hey we sent your lawyer a check for the first offer last week and having no knowledge of accept any offer or signing any documents at all for the offer and 4 months later lawyer still hasn't reached out or stated anything or even mentioned the check or paid me. They are crooks and liars and can't be trusted. This is only partial of my horrible experience and not fair or right how they are lying and stealing from those injured and lost everything. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional law office I have ever done business with. Initially I assumed it was just the office staff being incompetent and unprofessional until I made the decision to close my case with them and had the displeasure of actually speaking with the attorney. I have never even HEARD of an attorney speaking to a client the way he spoke with me. Needless to say I closed my case with this joke of a firm and handled the settlement with the insurance company ON MY OWN and received more than the bs offer this firm had presented me with. They placed a lien on my settlement, which is to be expected, but in comparison to what I walked away with settling it myself it was worth it. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. You are better off doing it yourself. read more
