They are very healthy and do well. There is a store that sells a huge number of lavender smelling things - toiletries and such. I have loved everything I've bought there. There is also a small restaurant. Their menu isn't extensive, but it's all freshly made from scratch. It's a "tea room" type menu, so think sandwiches and salads mostly. The chicken salad is really good. The best thing is their lavender lemonade. So delicious. I have also had lavender vanilla ice cream with lavender honey on it. It sounds too sweet, but oh my!
