The offices were nice, but the poor rating is for the service and attitude of the other employees working there. As I was sitting waiting the woman sitting in front left office yelled to the front desk girl to tell the person calling that she was busy and to call back. When the caller insisted on speaking to her she yelled a few vulgar words about the caller before she picked up. I could clearly hear everything she said. Then it's my turn and you bet she's the closer for my purchase.... She not once apologized for her language or poor professional attitude. Well she only swore twice during my closing and then kept telling me how busy she was like I was interrupting her busy day!! Just super sloppy bad professional people here. I had to listen to another employee read aloud an email he got from his boss telling him about how she fired someone and insisted that he not share the details but he read them all from his office to the other person listening. Everyone was just acting like I wasn't even there. My next property I will request a different title company.

I have had a couple loans through them and watched as they branched out and grew. I moved out of state and continues to use them as my primary bank. No major problems up until recently and it seems like their is no customer loyalty and it is just another major institution. Call center doesn't look into issues just asked and answered. I attempted to pay off my last loan, recently so I made a $1200 payment and from my account it showed zero. I called and the credit union and the rep told me it would be a couple days before it showed but to wait a week. I waited 2 weeks and sent a message asking what was going on. They told me there was a $4 interest balance and why didn't I ask for a payoff quote when I spoke to the rep... SMH because silly me thought I was calling an institution with a loan department that would assist me when I called to follow up the first time. Needless to say it took over a month and finally got my title. Update: I was contacted shortly after this to correct the issue. Fortunately it was already corrected but I went into more specific details with the manager. I do appreciate them looking into my situation and hope there is some documentation and retraining with some individuals.

Not only did he make himself available anytime, but he went above and beyond what any realtor is known to do. Let me explain. Our inspection came back with some chipped paint, which isn't uncommon. The buyers, God bless them where willing to let it go, but their lender required it to be fixed before the loan would be approved. This was bad news for us because I had already started my new position about 4 hours away. Not to mention, it was about 15-25 degrees in the 3 day window we had to get it fixed. Here is where the legend of Noe Favela was born. I had told my wife I was going to make the drive back over the weekend and try and get it fixed, I let Noe in the loop as well. My wife texts me around 6:00 (it's already dark outside) to let me know the Noe was outside on a latter scraping all of the paint along our gutters. Obviously, I was surprised by his incredible act of kindness. I thought it would likely end there! I was wrong. For nearly three days, Noe came by whenever he could. Whether between showings or other meetings, he was always so faithful to lend a helping hand. He even came out in his suit and tie. It didn't matter. He just wanted to help. The craziest part, he would thank me for letting him come by. All this to say, if you are looking for a realtor in this area, Noe Favela is your man. He is honest, kind, and most of all a man of integrity. Some of you may think his actions where motivated by commission, this is not the case. He actually charged us less than you can imagine. His heart was to help a family get where they wanted to be. He made what is usually a stressful journey into a life changing one.
