Went to see wicked for good in 3d the theater had multiple wet spots from the ceiling leaking they also had a trash can to catch a leak not to far from us in the walkway and pretty sure their is white mold growing on the ceiling where it's leaking bad this theater has always been a disappointment and they only had two of the wicked buckets luckily one was one of the best but they didn't have the cups,they didn't have much of what probably better amcs would have. read more

The kids working were very good and kind staff 5 star no manager over seeing kids absent bad move. however the theater chairs were not clean needs update badly. Went to go see venom. Being in pb I walked in there with slightly below average expectations. When I entered the building there was a strong moldy smell that wouldn't leave. Got my tickets and a little comic about the story of venom, which was cool. The menu had the typical food, pretzel, flatbread pizza, nachos, and lots of candy. They only have coke products. Walked in the movie room, it was pretty dark. I took a couple of pics of the seats. They were disgusting looking. Many people dont notice the cleanliness or gunk because it's always dark in there. Cup holders are weird, large hole in the middle. Only a large drink fits properly in the holder. The smell of mold was still strong in the air. Previews started, my group and I noticed that the sound of the previews are a bit high pitch and loud. After the movie, we walked out with our ear drums hurting. We still go here because it's fairly local but they need to get it together. The other day we drove over 30 minutes to see Detective Pikachu. We got there at 1pm and the door was locked. Nobody answered the phone. They didn't open the doors until 5 minutes AFTER the movie started!! It was a good way through the credits by the time we got seated. It put us way behind in line because I'm disabled so I couldn't wait outside even though we was the first ones there. My husband missed part of the movie waiting for popcorn. This should not happen when you get there 30 minutes early and it wasn't the first movie of the day. I called corporate and I still haven't heard back from them like they said I would. Considering I have 6 people in my party and we spend a pretty penny at this place you think they would care about our truly awful experience. I don't often call corporate but I figured they would want to know how this AMC is handling business. They need to hire more help if they can't get the job done without locking people out into the start of the movie. read more

Sucks ass dude. Locked the damn doors on us at 8:20 when the movie started at 8 and there is at most 20 mins of ads before the movies!!

Not a bad theater itself but the staff was very rude the last time we went! I purchased the premiere stubs card and one month later 10s of emails and numerous calls to their "customer service" they still cannot add my card to my stubs account. Their website will not allow me to do it and gives errors regarding my email account already exists and if I try a new email it says account doesn't exist. All I want to do is use my card with my email account that I already have with amc stubs premiere app and or website. Another bonus is now there are two accounts they created for the same email account and neither of them point to my premiere card account. One shows my old points and sometimes I login and it shows 0 points. I have over 10000 points but don't even know how many now because I can't check my new card balance. Then they send me auto generated responses to my emails simply stating sorry you're having problems. Their customer service is a joke. Better yet a nightmare. read more
