My friend and I walked in to take a quick peak. Nearly two hours later we are both walking out with purchases that excited either one of us to the core! This quaint store has a lovely layout and filled with too many temptations! Hence the amount of time spent there. The owner personally handled every step of our transactions. The service she provides is something you dream about. She made us feel like family (that she cared about, of course). The dream of impeccable customer service is a reality here. read more

Instead, one employee whisperer to another, then they both stared me up and down. Two days earlier same thing happened to me but I was dump enough to buy a necklace. This time I just walked out and went down the street to another jewelry store where the staff was polite and I bought 6 pieces of jewelry there. The staff at Boruni should learn some proper customer service etiquette or they will loose business to other competitors which there are plenty of in Krakow.

I am getting to know my father's homeland, this time another city - Krakow, My grandmother loves jewelry, so in search of a gift we got to Ambra Stile. I usually know what I'm looking for ... but in Ambra Stile, the choice is not that simple, I wanted it to be a souvenir of amber and Ambra Stile has such a huge choice that if not for the help of a fantastic owner I would spend all day there. She offered me perfect pieces of advice. The best recommendation should be the fact that grandma does not part with the amber set, and all her friends are already asking when we will be in Ambra Stile again :))) read more

Krakow is really a magical city!!! I wanted to take some of this magic home with me, I brought back various gifts, but the greatest delight was caused by the earrings purchased in the equally magnificent place - Ambra Stile.
