He was up front about the wait time, the cost, and admitted that, while things sounded good for my husband's case, nothing could be guaranteed. There were several changes during our process (the rollback of DACA, the attempt by Biden to create a new pathway) and Kevin was always available to answer our questions and explore these options in the off chance they could provide a faster process or guaranteed outcome. We received the notifications as our paperwork moved through the system, but I am confident that even if we hadn't, Kevin would have kept us up to speed as each notification was closely followed by an email or message from him. I was unable to accompany my husband when the time came for his interview, but Kevin made himself available to him and kept him on track to successfully complete the process. I am so thankful for all of his patience and guidance throughout this process and wholeheartedly recommend his services.

This office is definitely not professional and apparently they don't have sufficient knowledge in their field.
