I was told that weekends and evenings (hours that working people are available to be home) didn't really work. They suggested 3:00 pm on a weekday. Obviously, that doesn't work for people who have jobs. Nevertheless, I provided my address and was told someone would come to the house, take a look, and get back to me. I then emailed again and again, asking whether anyone came by. Nothing. No response. So, I hired another company who actually came to the house when I was available, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work. Now, that's how a real company should do business.
