First the table gets an amuse bouche of coconut milk creme with seabass, coral lentils and sea lettuce. As starter we had the Monkfish and panais puree and for me the salmon on caramelised chicory. for mains we had the turbot wit carrot puree and shitakee and gingerbread. I had the pollock with pleurote, celeriac and bulgur risotto. I had a dessert, as included in the menu and it was a delicious apple and cinnamon souffle with an apple granite! Bread usually tells you if the restaurant cares about food quality and what they serve you here is a piece of frozen baguette. Even the oysters, one of their signature dish on the menu, do not appear the freshest. Nothing very appealing, really. And service is still overly pretentious considering the mediocre quality food served at this restaurant.

I had the Croquettes with shrimp as the appetizer, which were fantastic, and the creme brulee as desert - one of the best I've ever had. However, the surf-and-turf main course was very disappointing. The steak was very bland (although tender), and the seafood portion consisted of one giant shrimp (one!). The rest of the dish was filled with salad (mostly lettuce). Otherwise, the atmosphere was lovely, the wine selection was outstanding and the service was great. I think I'll probably give this restaurant another try to see if I simply chose the wrong main dish.
