Amanda is beyond AMAZING! I was in such pain when I found her, she immediately made time for me the same day and corrected so many back problems I had. Afterwards, I couldn't stop going to her. Relaxing, professional, beyond knows what she's doing, gave me exercises to take care of my health, and so knowledgable on sports massage. Best massage I've ever had and would recommend her to anyone!! read more

History

Established in 2003.

After establishing the massage business in 2003, focussing on relaxation therapy and meditation, Amanda Murray decided to specialise in Sports Massage and Injury Management in 2004/5. Amanda's skills were quickly spotted by the Scarborough Football Club 2004-2006 and she worked alongside the physiotherapist to keep the players in top condition to prevent injury. In 2007 Amanda was approached by Scotland Students Rugby league team and again worked on maintaining fitness and condition of soft tissue and injuries. Amanda is now focussed on her private practice and has gained further qualifications in digestive health namely: Colon Hydrotherapy and GAPS Nutrition. This enables her practice to provide bespoke treatments including relaxation, meditation, injury treatment & prevention, postural assessments, rehabilitation exercises, colonic cleansing, detoxing, and nutrtional protocols to treat people suffering from allergies, depression, autoimmune diseases, autism, ADHD/ADD, bowel disease.
