Literally two days before it was to go on the market, a pipe burst in the kitchen. I live out of state, and I did not have any idea who to call, and I left everything up to them. That evening they got ServPro out to suck up the water and to dry everything out. Insurance became involved, and a contractor was recommended. Suffice it to say that the contractor was less than stellar. Too many delays, etc. However, Jessica and Masumi would drop by periodically to be my eyes and ears and give me a report on how the construction was coming. When they couldn't get there, Kim went by to check things out. These ladies stood strong, even calling the contractor a few times on my behalf when I was out of the country. It took over 6 months from the original date that the house was to go on the market to actually be ready to go. Jessica and Masumi very easily (and I would not have blamed them) could have told me to call back when it was ready, or told tell me to get another realtor. But no! They stuck right with me through thick and thin! In the end, I received a very fair price for my house.
