The moment I met Katarina, I felt like I could tell her everything. From moment zero, she not only made me feel comfortable, but she made me feel accepted and ready to give my best in order to heal. There is something very magical about her, the way she talks, the way she understands the underlying mechanisms that are happening. It sounds very simple when she says it, but when she shares back her experiences and articulates the why behind a behavior, an emotion, an experience, it all just makes sense. So talking to her is first a healing experience, but then imagine being able to allow her to tap into a very deep and hidden self that she calls a higher self that's even more powerful. I did not think that I could be hypnotized, but with Katarina, things flow so well and easily that it's almost like a dance. Her RTT session is very well structured and I knew what to expect every step of the way. She started with a diagnosis that helped me pinpoint some of the resulting feelings and emotions that I get to experience daily. But then when it comes to the hypnosis session itself, I felt so at ease in her presence and her dog, her therapy dog, that was so lovely and loving. Being with Katarina is really being home and being in a very safe space. I was able to just let everything out with no filter and I knew that she would be receiving it with so much love and understanding. On top of that, Katarina is equally vulnerable. She is not acting as a know-it-all and that makes the whole difference. We had so many things in common and her, sharing her experiences made me feel even more safe. The hypnosis session is something I've never experienced before. It is an experience, it is not really something I could describe, but it really opens you up if you are ready for it. And it allows you to go back to those key moments, as small as they can be, as ridiculous as they can be, that really shaped you as an adult. Being in her attitude session is like a slap in the face, but a good slap, you know, that slap that wakes you up. And I love that Katarina does not take things for granted. She is not having any ego, she does not carry any ego when she does her magic. She is so humble and she is so personable. You don't feel like you are going to meet someone who is higher up in humanity than you. You feel like you are meeting a genuine human who genuinely wants you to be happy and heal. The best part about this is that I can feel that I am in a partnership with her. Since after the RTT session, she shared with me an audio that I would be listening to, and I've been listening to it so far, that really helps reprogram all of the thoughts and patterns that I've had. It reprograms your subconscious, and the subconscious is really one of the best and most powerful hidden forces out there. It's like a chat GPT. You just have to give it the right commands and it will work well. So she really is helping me as I listen to her audios. I feel like I've taken parts of her with me, with the audio that she worked on and added music to it. I listen to it every night, and every night new images come to my mind. I get new ideas about what do I want to do to build that happy, fulfilling life, to break free from all of the things that did not allow me to express myself and my potential. Change takes time, and it's slow. But RTT is something different. It's something that really taps into something that is so deep. And with Katharina, that change keeps going with you. Things happen in real life that you wouldn't have imagined that they could happen. Things start to click. And most importantly, I started personally to observe my patterns before I was just living in them. And being in that situation of the observer, it's so powerful. It's like you're seeing another part of you that was so close to you that you could not distinguish it from you, the real you. And most importantly, Katharina is just an inspiring person all around. She is a giver. She is generous. She goes above and beyond. We've had a beautiful conversation after our RTT session. She is not afraid to share her own struggles and experiences. But you know that she's there for you. You know that the session is made for you. And that dedication means the world, at least for people like me.
