The restaurant is part of a newly reconstructed hotel. They have usually weekly menu of specialties on top of their regular menu. Beside the great kitchen I really enjoy their staff. Since it was a small town I wasn't expecting them to have an English menu let alone an English speaking server, but both of the servers working spoke English. I had the Grilled Pork on Skewer. It was served with a side of rice and cabbage salad. It was good. My husband ordered something that resembled beef pâté. It took a while for the kitchen to make that. Our server was trying to tell him that the dish takes a long time to cook, but something was lost in translation and my husband decided to order it anyway. He liked his food though. My son had fried cheese with a side of grilled vegetables and my mother-in-law had an order of chicken pasta. They both liked their food.

Try the Boruvkove Knedliky that he makes and distributes all over the area. His wife make fantastic home made jams. I go there every time even traveled 150km just to eat there.
