The one thing that really stood out to me is that they were willing to make 5 trips to my home in the course of this: 1 for the initial quote;1 to sign the paperwork (as in, they let us think about it and came back when we were ready!); 1 to do a confirming measure (I really liked that they did that!); 1 to install the windows and doors; one to finish the job.
