She was the one person that I could open up to about my thoughts and feelings and she helped me overcome my anxiety and fears about life. From the moment I called the office, I was met with kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was warm, helpful, and made a great first impression. I had some questions about insurance coverage, and she seamlessly transferred me to their billing representative, who was equally helpful and kind. Even though we were out of network, she went the extra mile and secured an authorization from our insurance so we could receive in-network benefits--something I truly appreciated. As for our therapist--he's amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective. Even after just two sessions, I can already see meaningful progress. I'm so grateful we found this place. Highly recommend!

I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). I regretted having to get to this point and feeling like my team let me down by being so disorganized, unprepared, after so long of gathering my information.
