I have to make my complaint online and received an email acknowledging that someone would get back to me. No one got back to me , I finally spoke to the owner by cell phone. Three times he said he would look into it. still no answer one month later. The installation inside looks fine, the exterior the chalking is choppy and there is no framing around the window. There is a big gap between the window and the siding.It seems like a simple fix but I now wonder how well it is actually installed. I hope they get back to me to fix this issue. A metal inset was replaced in a kitchen door and was well done. I also had some lights located at some height which he changed. The lights are on a track and were installed over 20 years ago. When the transformer dies the unit needs to be replaced. Nick explained i needed an L track and 12 volt. light. I searched the internet and found a close enough match which i ordered. I have asked several handymen in the past about replacing these old lights and none had a specific reply. He was an excellent choice for my purposes.
