The therapists are all detail oriented and very knowledgeable. In addition to helping me fully recover from a challenging shoulder surgery, my primary PT, Ells, helped me relive some fascia issues causing chronic pain that I had resigned myself to enduring as part of previous cancer treatment. She really knows her stuff! The at-home exercises were made easier with the Physiotec App that gives you video illustrations of how to do the movements and a way to track your progress . I would definitely use them again, but hope I never need to.

I started getting a headache bc I was left on face for a bit of a long time. I ended up getting up from the bed with stem still on my back to call front desk to tell them I was still on the bed for 20 min and they forgot about me. I did get an apology from the doctor, but nobody else said one thing to me when I was walking out. I was really upset seeing that I was a new patient and this is the way I was treated. I will return though and give them another chance. I do like Dr B and he has done some good work on my neck pain.

Extremely educated very experienced and professional while showing much care. They were able to find the balance between pushing me towards my limits while knowing when to ease up. I did the prescribed home exercises religiously and my final post op visit to my shoulder surgeon , William Lindburg, MD of Allied Orthopedics at DOC - Meridian, went as well and even better as they have seen. I truly enjoyed going to my regular PT appointments where Cara, my primary PT always greeted me with a smile, questioned me about progress and if I had any issues. She listened carefully and responded accordingly- an excellent communicator besides an AAA+++ DPT. I am truly already missing her, the talented "necessary torture queen" ( meant in a nice way). The front office staff were great to deal with always greeting me with smiles and working with my seemingly regular need to make changes in my appointments due to conflicts that always seemed to come up. In particular was Erin who worked wonders making necessary changes to accommodate me. I couldn't be more satisfied with my complete experiences at Pioneer Sports and Pain Center but wish I could have more appointments because I miss Cara, Dee and Erin and how they treated me. They were professional yet enjoyed having some fun talking about things. I highly recommend Pioneer Sports without hesitation and actually hope that I have new needs for PT so I could return.

Tony Book listened well to my concerns, did several simple tests to see how well my body functioned, and found many areas that were "stuck" and causing tightness and pain. Within one session, he corrected my hips, relieving my lower back pain and sciatica, and gave me full movement in my neck so I could actually turn my head without pain. He also loosened scar tissue in my shoulders so I could move them fully again after 6 years. I was amazed because I thought I would never be able to move like that again. I could smile again after so many years in pain. The great part is, once the tightness is released, it stays that way - I don't have to keep going back every few weeks for the rest of my life like chiropractors expect. His office is clean and welcoming, and he explains things in a way I can understand. He has truly changed my life for the better. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Understanding your body is critical to the healing process and Beau makes sure to properly educate me when it comes to my scoliosis and nerve damage. It has been amazing being able to get a full nights rest, go back to the gym, play golf, as well as other activities (in moderation for the time being of course). Comparing military and civilian physical therapy clinics, Foothills PT has been the most personalized, caring, and hands-on facility I have come across. I am ever so grateful to the Foothills PT staff and I look forward to the continuous progression!
