She didn't tell me she was going to, didn't ask if it was okay. Just proceeded to use it. I have never had anything but acrylic nails done. When she was filing my nails, almost every single one of my fingers was bleeding. She used the green liquid stuff on almost every single finger. My fingers were so sore after that, I couldn't put them in hot water for days. Not only that, I had a nail break the next day, and the day after that, and I had enough. Three nails broke within two days. She offered to fix them for free, and so did the owner, but my fingers were still so sore, and honestly I didn't feel comfortable going back. When I spoke to my husband about this, and he told me I was not going back there for them to cut up my fingers again. I sent her a picture and told her what happened and asked for a refund. She refused. She said she's never had to give a refund in 24 years. But she finally agreed to refund half of the cost plus the tip I gave her. Total cost was $70 and I gave her a $10 tip. So she refunded $45. She sent me a screen shot of the refund.. my husband saw it pending on his credit card the next day. Two days after my appointment the refund was no longer pending on my husbands credit card. It was gone altogether. Like she cancelled the refund. I would not recommend that lady for nails to anyone.

I've had long blonde hair that he transformed from a run of the mill bleach blonde dye job (from another salon) to gorgeous, shiny-like the sun color and cut. He's also transformed this shiny blonde to a very warm, rich brunette. It was a huge transformation and his color expertise created a beautiful 180 change. Both color-jobs were fan-freakin-tastical! Amy at Egos was kind enough to fit me in for a last minute trip home to bring the brunette back to blonde...it is summer after all :) She did such a wonderful job that I was stopped in my tracks, asked where I got my hair done and complimented on my "new-do" from here to the sun!
