I ended up changing my mind and asked for my money back. They gave me a hard time and tried to explain why we needed to pay that huge fee for services that are covered by his insurance!! She still went on when I asked for my money back 4x. She said anywhere I go they are going to charge me that much. Let me tell you..... The receptionist was extreemly rude because I could not generate a Delta Dental ID card. I explained that I called Delta Dental and asked for a card. They explained that I do not need a card as I am already giving the dental office my drivers license, social security number, and they have my file open in their computer. I opened the Delta Dental app and tried to show the receptioist the blurb where it clearly states that I do not need an ID card. I just wasted a day and I am still in extreem pain. I will post a picture of the screen shot I took where it clearly states, that I do not need an ID. Also, for clarification. This took place at Dr. Tessie T Sy, DDS office in El Monte, Ca 91732. If it were possible, I would give them a zero. Finally, I hope the receptionist states that I am lying and generates camara footage. I was not rude, use bad language, nor was I loud.
